Stylish ASOS Wide Fitting Chelsea Boots Size 9 - New Condition

This item is sold by a private individual. Consumer protection laws generally do not apply to purchases made from other individuals. This means the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 29, and the right to reject under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 do not apply.

When buying from a private seller, goods are not required to be fault-free or of satisfactory quality. If defects or marks were clearly described or shown in photos, you cannot make a claim against the seller. The item does still have to match the seller's description.

3-day Buyer Protection
Once your order is marked as delivered, you have 3 calendar days to inspect your item and report a problem through Vrool. If you report an eligible issue in that time, such as the item being significantly not as described, damaged or incorrect, payment stays on hold while we review it.

If no issue is reported within 3 days, the order is completed automatically and payment is released to the seller. The transaction is then no longer eligible for a refund under Vrool Buyer Protection. Buyer Protection

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have when purchasing from a business seller.
