Join Vrool and get £10 towards promoting your listings

A fresh wardrobe deserves a fresh audience. If you are joining Vrool for the first time on the GB site while our welcome offer is running, you could receive £10 in promotional Vrool Credits to help introduce your listings to more people.

For eligible pre-launch signups, the credit is reserved in your wallet now. It becomes usable at our official GB launch on 15 December 2026 at 12 noon UK time. This is credit for eligible Vrool promotion services, not a cash payment.

What can the £10 help you do?

When promotional credit is accepted at checkout, you can put your available balance towards:

• Listing bumps or top placement.
• Highlights that help a listing stand out.
• Premium listing ads.
• Vrool advertising.

Choose the service that suits your listing and check its price before confirming. The credit pays eligible service charges up to the promotional balance available. A promotion does not guarantee views, enquiries or a sale.

Your dates, clearly explained

Credit awarded before launch: use it from 15 December 2026 at 12 noon UK time until 15 March 2027 at 12 noon UK time.

Credit awarded on or after launch: it is usable from award and expires three calendar months after award. Unused promotional credit is no longer spendable after its expiry, so check your wallet before booking a promotion.

Who is eligible?

The offer is for eligible people creating a new account on the GB site while the offer is running. There is one £10 welcome credit per eligible new member. Existing accounts and repeat registrations do not qualify.

Vrool’s account and connection-based anti-abuse checks apply. A shared network can reach the bonus-award limit. If you believe your welcome credit is missing, contact [email protected] so we can check it.

What the credit cannot be used for

The £10 cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, transferred or gifted. It cannot buy marketplace items or pay shipping, Buyer Protection charges or other ineligible fees. It can only be spent on eligible Vrool promotion and advertising services where promotional credit is accepted.

Get your listings ready while we warm up

You can use the run-up to launch to prepare useful photographs, accurate measurements and honest condition notes. Good listing details help shoppers make informed decisions; a promotion works best alongside a clear, complete listing.

Our community is helping shape Vrool from the beginning. We are excited to welcome new members, discover your style and give more preloved pieces their next chapter.
